Sensing the future, together…

Do you have an acute or heightened sensory awareness? Do you have experiences that others think are ‘unusual’?

Are you longing for a space to rest deeply, discover who you are, and truly belong?

Are you someone who experiences the world deeply – feeling, thinking, and sensing with unusual depth and intuition? Do you often find yourself moved by beauty, truth, and what can be best described as ‘energies’ or a kind of extra-sensory information?

Perhaps too, you are empathic, imaginative, and responsive to everyone’s needs? Could you be one of life’s natural shamans, healers, wise-folk?

If this message resonates, you belong here – with us.

March 2027: Join us?

Explore what sensitivity means as a gift, not a weakness. It’s a gift of subtle perception and influence that is naturally inherent in the few, in our evolution, so that the few can predict and affect change for the many.

Imagine what we can do together… Embrace your inherent sensitive magic with us.

Rest deeply, discover who you really are and belong to your natural tribe.

About the retreat

The SENSE Retreat is a four-night immersive experience taking place at Broughton Sanctuary in Yorkshire which brings together sensitive souls – those who experience their worlds deeply, noticing the subtle and feeling the depth and meaningfulness of their realities. Through a delicate blend of arts, science and philosophy and embodied practice, we support people who experience the world deeply – feeling, thinking, and sensing with depth and intuition – to embrace their true nature, step into their light and play their important role in a new wave of human flourishing.

By recognising sensitivity as a strength of depth and awareness, you can harness your natural gifts: empathy, creativity, intuition, imagination and heightened perception – and leverage them as an ‘innate magic’ for positive influence, social change and psycho-spiritual transformation.

We are inclusive.

The SENSE Retreat is an inclusive offering, created by and for those who experience the world through deep sensitivities. We recognise that the science of sensitivity is complex and there is a growing cultural shift too – and so we welcome all seekers on this path who resonate with our message.

We appreciate that for some specific labels and identities matter and yet also, they might not be our full story. So, however you identify – whether as a ‘highly sensitive person’ (HSP) or not;  are neurotypical or neurodivergent; perhaps a Jungian INFP, empath…. or simply ‘Sensitive’. If you are on a discovery journey to understanding yourself through a lens of sensitivity as a strength, and are drawn to depth and authenticity – you are welcome here. Come exactly as you are.

Together, we’re gathering for a journey of restoration, exploration, and personal empowerment – each of us arriving exactly as we are, with our own way of being, feeling, and deeply sensing in the world.

We are holistic.

As well as fostering capacities of deep intuition, creativity, empathy and perception, we know that depth and sensitivity can come with challenges too – e.g., of being overwhelmed, misunderstood and sometimes experiencing internal shame from hearing life-long flawed messages of your being ‘too sensitive’ or ‘too much’. As such, the SENSE Retreat holds space for all of this, and through a trauma informed, experience sensitive approach gently invites participants into awareness, curiosity and growth – to embrace their innate gifts as talents of beauty and brilliance, for innovation, leadership, healing, and meaningful social change.

We are sensitive.

Designed by a team who experience the world in sensitive ways, this retreat offers everything from restorative solitude to nourishing connection. Through a unique blend of science, somatics, philosophy, creativity and nature-based practices, the retreat provides space for deep rest and also time to embrace sensitivity as a strength, rather than something to fix or suppress. Workshops and immersive experiences will guide you to explore the deeper dimensions of your whole self. Our guests can cultivate self-understanding and self-compassion, while unlocking their unique gifts.

Together we will honour our stories, celebrate our sensitivity – and weave a little magic as we ‘sense the future together’ too.

You’ll leave soothed and self-empowered, with a clearer sense of you, a supportive new community, and a renewed call to use your sensitivity as a strength – a force for personal and collective transformation… as it was always intended, by nature.
